This weekend I was reading an article in the fitness magazine "Women's Health" titled "7 ways to Balance Strength Training and Cardio." It made me think, and I knew I was lately getting more Cardio, so I decided to do some strength training. I learnt that strength training would benefit or give a boost to my running performance. Also, strong muscles help improve form and help you run with more stability and control. Having strong muscles will definitely help me with my structure of the plank and my structure of push ups.
