For 30 minutes on October 5, 2013, I was exercising on the Orbitrek, which allows me to tone my lower body. After around five minutes on the Orbitrek, my heart rate slowly started to increase. Today on October 6, 2013, my legs feel really sore which means I know that I pushed myself hard enough.
Its nice to know that you do physical activity outside of class, and actually want to improve your body. Your really sweet and nice, but dont be too shy, because we really want to know you! I also love that you post alot of evidence to prove that you worked really well :)
